The main design and technological factors , provide good operation characteristics of well sucker-rod pumps:
- The barrel of the well SRP is made of an imported precision seamless pipe.
- The operating surfaces of the plunger ðump pair are strengthened abrasively and corrosion resistant surfaces:
On the barrel there is a firm cluster chromium-plating (the layer thickness is 0.08...0.10 mm, the hardness is 72...74 HRC);
On the plunger there is the deposition of the tearproof metal powder with flashing-off (the layer thickness is 0.35 mm, the hardness is 62...64 HRC)
- The barrel mirror of the well sucker-rod pump is treated by a long-stroke precision honing, forming on its working surface an optimum macro relief for the friction pair of reciprocating movement that increases the service life of the pair “barrel-plunger”.
- The balanced sleeve gaskets installed on the plunger prevent the ingress of sand and other foreign matters including metallic particles into the clearance of the pair "barrel-plunger", therefore increasing the ðump service life.
Each SRP barrel is checked for the correspondence of its parameters to the requirements of the state standard GOST Ð51896-2002 using laser and electronic devices.
The connection sizes and the thread of the well SRP are harmonized with the API standard.
