The highly effective inlet filter is designed for oil refining, the intake of which is performed by the well sucker-rod pump from the oil formation and for the effective protection of the shut-off valve and the pump from suspended solids. It is achieved by the use of a fine titanium screen.

Design of Highly Effective Inlet Filter
The highly active inlåt fiItår ÔÍÂ-73.Á02.000 (FNV-73.B02.000) consists of the body (1), the two muffs (2), the casing (4), the valve (6), the body (5) and the screen (3). There are threads on the ends of body (1) of the input fiItår, on which muffs (2) are screwed. In the middle part of the inlet fiItår body there is a special thread in the notches of which there are 200 holes O5 mm. A titanium screen (3) is installed on the middle threaded part of body (5) of the inlåt fiItår. There is a casing (4) between muffs (2) having on its surface 56 holes. Body (5) is screwed in the lower muff (2) to which the valve is attached (6).
Description of High-Activity Inlet Filter Operation
The inlåt fiItår ÔÍÂ-73.Á02.000 (FNV-73.B02.000) is attached on the tubing string using its inner taper thread. The intake of the pump passes through the holes in casing (4) of the inlåt fiItår where big mineral particles are trapped.
Further the liquid passes through screen (3) of the inlåt fiItår where small mineral particles and coarse sand are trapped. If the inlåt fiItår is completely clogged a pressure difference appears that bends the valve tabs (6) and lets the liquid pass. The liquid passing through the valve provides the cleaning of the inlåt fiItår screen. After the equalization of pressure the valve is closed and the inlåt fiItår operates in a standard way.
