 The gas-sand anchor is designed to separate sand and gas decontaminating on the sucker-rod pump suction during oil production.
The separation of the gàs and coarse sànd fractions is performed on condition that the intake liquid is rotated half circle. The free gas enters the tubular annulus of the well. Sànd coarse fractions sediment in the shank, produced from the oilwell tubing (60mm) with an end cap, the small ones on the filter screen.
To achieve the necessary degree of degasification there is a possibility of the installation on the sand anchor additional sections.

Gas Separator ßÃ-73 (YaG-73)
The design of the ßÃ-73 (YaG-73) gas separator differs from ßÃÏ-73-114 (YaGP-73-114) by its simplicity and small size. The operating experience showed good qualities of the ßÃ-73 gas separator.
To make ßÃÏ (the gàs-sànd ànchor) from the gas separator it is necessary to complete the gas separator with oilwell tubing (diameter 73 mm), its length is 3000 mm.
