Designation

The discrete adjustable choke ШДФ-9М (ShDF-9M), regulated, flange is designed to regulate the flow during oil production and it provides a stepless (gentle) setting of the following well operational modes:

§         switching on of the oil well into the operational mode without termination of the liquid supply into the line by the well sucker-rod pump (SRP) or the electric submersible pumping unit;

§         the setting on of the required operational regime of the well;

§         performing of the measurements for the determination of the gas content in the oil well (the determination of the gas factor);

§         the determination of the necessary flow (by the pressure difference) during the pumping of the liquid into the bed of maintenance of injection pressure system.

The ШДФ-9М (ShDF-9M) unit is designed for the operation of climatic conditions with the category of position 1 by GOST 15150-69.

Place of Installation

The ШДФ-9М (ShDF-9M) is mounted in the fountain valves behind the linear gate with sealing using special bulges on the body or through seal (O) rings.
